Champions Summit at the Olympiastadion Berlin

We almost automatically associate the concept of peak performance with the world of sport, but its application can also be found in customer service. These parallels between sporting discipline and the pursuit of service excellence are the focus of our event, which we are organizing in cooperation with Five9 and WTG in the run-up to this year’s CCW in Berlin.

February 26, 2024 | from 4pm

Olympiastadion Berlin | Ehrenhalle

Berlin will become a meeting place for champions, to discover and understand the subtle and crucial similarities between two worlds.

An evening with legends

In the Olympiastadion Berlin, surrounded by the stories and experiences of three world champions from different generations, we look forward to

Niklas Wellen (hockey world champion 2023)

Oliver Roggisch (handball world champion 2007)

Thomas Häßler (soccer world champion 1990)

to welcome them. These champions will give us an insight into their journey in a panel discussion entitled “Top performance in focus”.

CHAMPIONS SUMMIT Februar Berlin

After the panel discussion, you will have the opportunity to get to know the sports legends at dinner and the subsequent party with DJ MiBA. A perfect setting for inspiring conversations and new contacts.

Learning from champions: optimizing costumer service

Before we explore the success stories from the world of sport, we’ll dive into the world of customer service with you. In our “deep dives”, you will find out how you can take your customer service to the next level.

Experience the symbiosis of people, technology and AI in “champion-ready” live demos and discover how CCaaS solutions improve the customer experience.

Secure your spot and become a champion in your field

Digitalization is more than just a trend – it’s the way to get to the top in your field. Get inspired at our event and become a world champion in customer service.

Seats are limited – so don’t miss the chance to be part of this unique evening. We look forward to welcoming you to Berlin and taking the next step towards excellence together.
