CCW 2024 in Berlin

The CCW congress trade fair in Berlin is the annual highlight for innovative customer dialog. This year, the trade fair celebrated its 25th anniversary.

We were there again and were able to gain exciting insights and make interesting encounters at CCW 2024.

When it comes to all the latest news, important insights and networking around customer dialog, there is no way around the CCW congress trade fair. Once again this year, we were on site at the ECC in Berlin from February 26 to 29 and spent four days following the topics and trends for innovative customer dialog.

CCW 2024 - Networking, Insights & Inspiration

“Interesting discussions, inspiring encounters and many familiar faces made the CCW special again this year,” says Matthias Krüger, Managing Director of LinkThat in Munich.

Numerous partners such as Avaya, Cisco, Five9, Microsoft, Mitel, ServiceNow & Zendesk were on site and used the trade fair for an intensive exchange.

Martin Haushofer, Sales Director of LinkThat in Vienna, was equally enthusiastic: “CCW is the international hub for customer service. Thanks to the extensive program and the interesting encounters, we take away important insights and inspiration.”

We are already looking forward to next year!
