How to Integrate Microsoft Teams with your CRM Solution

Connecting a telephony environment using Microsoft Teams with other software solutions can be a tricky task. Some vital interfaces for integration strategies are still waiting for their release.

We decided to take matters into our own hands and created the link|that PBX Connector. This new middleware allows you to seamlessly use Teams telephony and your CRM systems side-by-side. This enables you to have a complete call history and all customer data at your fingertip at all times.

Watch our short demo video to see the link|that Cube with the PBX Connector in action. We are using SAP Sales Cloud to show the different features.

Control your calls within CRM

The link|that Softphone allows you to:

  • Accept and place new calls
  • Look up your customers and contacts
  • Identify your customers when they call
  • Hold, resume and transfer your calls
  • See your call history, phone books and manage queues*

*Queue management is provided by the link|that PBX Connector and not a MS Teams feature.

Integrate your CRM solution

The link|that CUBE supports the market-leading vendors of cloud and on-premise CRM systems.
