What we particularly enjoyed were the many specific questions from the professional world. Instead of abstract visions, the focus was on real challenges – and how organizations can truly improve their service processes.
Many discussions, lots of interest
On the very first day of the trade fair, it became clear that topics such as AI in customer service, system integration, and cross-channel communication are currently on the minds of many companies.
At our booth, we had numerous conversations with:
- Service managers
- IT decision-makers
- Customer experience teams
Many visitors wanted to know:
- How can existing system landscapes be connected?
- How can AI actually relieve the burden on customer service employees?
- What role do sovereign cloud providers play in Europe?
The discussions were open, practical, and often very in-depth—which is exactly the kind of exchange we were expecting from a trade fair like CCW.
Fewer buzzwords, more real use cases
Our approach at the trade fair was deliberately pragmatic. Instead of theoretical visions of the future, we showed how modern customer service solutions can already be used today.
Together with our partners, we were able to demonstrate:
- how different communication channels can be orchestrated effectively
- how AI can be integrated effectively into existing processes
- how automation can reduce the workload for service employees
Many visitors greatly appreciated this focus on real use cases.
A strong partner network
A large part of our success was also due to the cooperation with our partners.
With SAP and Sinch, we were able to show what integrated customer service solutions look like in practice – from system integration to omnichannel communication.
Our booth itself was also a real eye-catcher, creating an open and inviting atmosphere.

Our conclusion
The three days at CCW 2026 showed us the great interest in modern, integrated solutions for customer service.
We are taking the following from Berlin:
- many new contacts
- exciting project ideas
- and numerous discussions that we will continue in the coming weeks.
Many thanks to everyone who took the time to talk to us at our booth. We look forward to continuing the exchange.
