Video: CTI for Avaya with LinkThat CUBE

Avaya Engage kicks off this weekend in Orlando, Florida, where visitors can experience the latest developments – including CTI for Avaya systems with our LinkThat CUBE – until June 21.

We’ve put together a short video for the event that illustrates our various integrations with Avaya Workspaces, One-X Communicator and several CRM systems. Check out the integration with Salesforce, SAP CRM, CX Cloud and Agent Desktop where you can use all the CUBE features – this of course also applies to Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Core features include automatic customer recognition, status and queue synchronization, seamless contact history, and more. – and of course our live AI with ECCO is available for all Avaya systems. With CTI and AI for Avaya, service and sales reps work more efficiently and faster.

If you can’t attend Avaya Engage onsite in Orlando, Avaya also offers the live digital event as a way to complement it.
