LinkThat ONE: The exclusive Preview

On April 24, the time has come:

We are giving an exclusive preview of our new customer service tool LinkThat ONE.

At the live event, we will be showing the first insights into our new centerpiece of customer communication, true to the motto: one for all, all in one.

Using a concrete example through many contact channels we will show how LinkThat ONE elegantly masters daily challenges in customer communication.

The event will be hosted by Matthias Krüger and Harald Kerschhofer. At the beginning we will present the vision and background of the new tool. Then the curtain will finally be lifted and a practical use case will be presented, how LinkThat ONE supports customer service in a practical and transparent way.

The live demo of LinkThat ONE will be followed by a Q&A session
in which Manfred Pigl will also contribute his expertise.
