LinkThat CUBE for Avaya CTI now available in the SAP® Store

By integrating telephony solutions with CRM and ERP solutions from SAP, the LinkThat CUBE is a flexible CTI for customers.

We are pleased to announce that the CTI solution LinkThat CUBE for Avaya is now available in the SAP® Store, the online marketplace for SAP and partner offerings. The LinkThat CUBE connects Avaya telephony systems with SAP C/4HANA or SAP Cloud for Customer (SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Service Cloud), SAP S/4HANA and SAP ERP. It thus offers customers seamless integration for sales & service processes.

As a scalable CTI solution, the CUBE optimizes the workflow on all channels by managing calls directly in the SAP CRM/ERP system. With the 360-degree customer view for telephony, email, chat and social media, the CUBE offers the best overview for agents.

The included softphone creates the basis for successful customer service with automatic customer recognition and a complete contact history. The click-to-call function, automatic call categorization and call notes directly in the softphone complete the package.

Artificial intelligence for optimized interactions with customers

Equipped with numerous AI functions, the CUBE increases efficiency and saves resources at the same time. Requests are handled professionally and quickly with intelligent routing and live AI support. This reduces the duration and costs of interactions. Thanks to real-time keyword recognition, predefined topics are recognized during the call and assistance is offered. Call center agents can thus react more quickly and provide the appropriate solutions for customer inquiries immediately.

The LinkThat CUBE has a modular structure and can be used and expanded flexibly. It is available as CTI middleware for Avaya, CISCO, Microsoft Teams, Mitel and other telephony providers and integrates SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Service Cloud, SAP CRM 7, SAP S/4HANA and SAP ERP.
