The LinkThat CUBE has a modular structure and can be used and expanded flexibly. It is available as CTI middleware for Avaya, CISCO, Microsoft Teams, Mitel and other telephony providers and integrates SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Service Cloud, SAP CRM 7, SAP S/4HANA and SAP ERP.
