LinkThat CUBE for Microsoft Teams & CISCO: now available in the SAP® Store

By integrating telephony solutions with CRM and ERP systems from SAP, LinkThat CUBE is a flexible CTI middleware for customer service.

We are pleased to announce that our CTI solution LinkThat CUBE for CISCO and Microsoft Teams is now available in the SAP® Store, the online marketplace for SAP and partner offerings. The CUBE connects Microsoft Teams and CISCO telephony systems with SAP C/4HANA or SAP Cloud for Customer (SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Service Cloud), SAP S/4HANA and SAP ERP. It thus offers customers seamless integration for sales and service processes.
